From Australia to Asia and back, Prana Chai was founded by Vincent Conti and Mario Minichilli, who discovered the taste of authentic masala tea after they left the cafe culture of Melbourne behind and set out to travel the world. After four years, they returned and opened their own cafe, developing a house blend of chai that was so popular, it was the basis of this now international brand of chai lattes.
The company is proud to use only natural, healthful ingredients. Vincent and Mario still hand-roast their own dry spices – cinnamon, cardamon, star anise, black pepper and cloves – to release their flavours and oils. Then Australian honey, ginger and black ceylon tea are added to create this authentic and invigorating drink.
